Local Governance and Community Development

These are seminars conducted throughout the country, specifically in Cebu, Bohol, Iloilo, Davao, Iligan, Marawi city, Bislig in Surigao, Zamboanga city,  Ateneo de Manila University, and many others, where the Officer-in-Charge of the local Municipal Planning and Development Office is invited to speak for one or three days. The aim of the seminar is to foster communication participation at the grassroots level in local governance.
